PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

If you choose to pay with PayPal at checkout, you will be automatically directed to the PayPal site. Upon completion of your transaction, you will be returned to BRAVA to finalise your purchase.

Please note, all transactions will be processed in EU.

Orders are only dispatched when full payment has been received. If you are purchasing your item/items via PayPal, your transaction is subject to the respective terms & conditions of these companies. Please refer to the terms and conditions listed on their website.  

SHIPPING METHOD

All domestic and international orders are shipped from our studio in Madrid, Spain, via Correos.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We will be shipping all orders once a week after the payment being finalised. Our studio is closed weekends & public holidays so please allow additional time for delivery if you order at these times. If you have any hurry, don’t hesitate to contact Brava, brava@thisibrava.com. And we’ll see how to do it.

Delivery delays can be experienced due to unforeseen reasons. In the event that your order is impacted by a delay, we will contact you directly via email.

Standard delivery within Spain: 2-5 working days

Standard delivery Europe: up to 10 day working days

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping (within Spain) is charged at flat rates which are calculated at time of purchase via your shopping cart. All orders will be shipped via Correos, tracking information will be sent when orders have been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

BRAVA is working happily to provide international shipping (outside EU) for all our products. As. soon as we have solved it we will inform you.

PARCEL TRACKING

All parcels fully trackable via Correos, Spanish Post. As soon as your item is posted from the BRAVA studio, you will receive an email to confirm your shipment, along with your unique tracking details. Please ensure your address details are correct as we are unable to change the address once your order has been dispatched. If your order is being delivered to a business address, please include the business name.

RETURNS

We hope you’re delighted with your BRAVA order.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged. If you have received your BRAVA purchase and it is damaged or faulty in anyway please email brava@thisisbrava.com within the next day of receiving the order.

Exchanging goods or refunding goods is at the discretion of the BRAVA team. If you simply change your mind, a refund may not be granted.
